Objective | Have fun, build confidence, create awareness of safety afloat, make new friends and develop outdoor & seamanship skills.Join us for a confidence-building summer camp that takes place throughout the months of June, July and August. You will have the best time of your life! The main goal of this camp is to ensure everyone is having fun! A massive confidence builder, you will learn some basic sailing and safe powerboating skills, kayaking/rowing, pier jumping when the tide is in, wood trails, land games and learn about the biodiversity of our amazing Cork Harbour. Go home happy and exhausted !! |

What to bring | Wear a track suit on arrival, pack a swimsuit, t-shirt or rash vest for under your wetsuit. Essential to bring a wind sheeter or cag (light rain jacket with name on ) and rain proof pants Water shoes, booties or old runners. NO CROCS as they float away. Sunblock with name on. Bag containing a large plastic bag for wet gear, towel, change of clothes and runners. Packed lunch in a plastic box, drink all named. |
Meals | Bring a large packed lunch +drink in a named hard plastic box as we often picnic in a scenic location. NO LUNCHES IN PLASTIC BAGS PLEASE! |
Pre Course Advice | The office must be informed of any medical condition or special assistance required so we can help your child. It is recommended that your child is water confident and can swim. |
